AGENT PROFILE - ROLAND BERNARD
Roland Bernard was born in New York City. He attended city schools and then migrated to Louisiana, where he earned a Bachelors degree from Louisiana State University. Upon graduation, he entered the Air Force and flew all around the world in his role as a navigator.
While Roland has been in the real estate field since 1999. Prior to that he spent most of his adult life in the marketing field. From New York to California, Oklahoma to Georgia, Louisiana to Washington, D.C., his expertise includes the common elements that make marketing to Americans a transferable communications skill. With all his moves, Roland came to understand the stresses and challenges of buying and selling properties. Having spent the last twenty-some years in the Charlottesville area, Roland knows the community.
A primary focus of Roland’s real estate activity has been with new construction. At Lake Monticello and other beautiful rural locations he has about seventy building sites available at any given time.
